Tuttocalabria Chili Crunch is Calabria's answer to chilli crisp — oven-baked smoked Calabrian chillies in extra virgin olive oil, with an addictive crunchy texture and a deep, smoky heat. No additives, no preservatives.
Spoon it over pizza, pasta, eggs and avocado toast, pile onto tacos, burgers and grilled vegetables, or stir into mayo, aioli and yoghurt for a quick crunchy dip. The infused oil is lovely for finishing dishes too.
