Crushed Calabrian chilli peppers preserved in oil — one of Southern Italy's most versatile spicy condiments. Made in Calabria by Tuttocalabria from sun-ripened local chillies blended with extra virgin and sunflower oils, salt and a touch of vinegar, for a bright, fruity heat with a gentle smokiness.
Stir a spoonful through pasta, spread it over pizza and panini, or use it to lift grilled vegetables, fish and meats. For extra fire, drizzle a little of the infused oil straight from the jar.
